Proposition for the Charter of Human Rights to migrate towards the CHA

The notion of Sanctuarisation of Body

Following the « butchery » during World War Two, the UNO was created to prevent  a repetition of  atrocities such those committd by the Nazis who invented an industrialised genocide of entire populations.

Unfortunately, the UN ‘s capacity for intervention is politically complicated and somewhat hampered by its governing rules.

Populations are still being slaughtered or displaced, even held in concentration camps… all of which has no place in a so-called modern civilisation.

It is therefore approriate to update the Charter for Human Rights to the Charter for Humanity Augmented ( C.H.A.) which demands the sanctuarisation of the body of the individual thus providing protection not only from the horrors of war, but also from civil assault such as rape or incest …

imposing this fundamental rule of inviolability must be enabled by the authority of  a legal evolutionary procedure with equanimity, whether to an individual attacker or to an entire nation, which under these circumstances must accept the loss of their sovreignty.

The ruling concerning conflicts must be executed on both the political and institutional fronts if it is to be an alternative worthy of an advanced civilisation.

Sanctuarisation of Mind

When a political conception is transformed into an ideology which then produces a totalitarian regime, the execution of this absolute power uses every possible means to impose one single mind set.

Digital technology, a recent phenomenon without any safeguard, inspires in some people, including children, a certain freedom to believe that they can  download information directly into the brain or conversly extract information…

The spiritual is not left out when it is in the hands of individuals seeking to impose their choice on others;

they give themselves coercive powers to achieve their ends.

M.Foundation therefore is planning to promote the sanctuarisation of the mind .

Hence all people being sovereign of their own body and mind, will be able naturally and voluntarily to live  in respect for each other.

Sanctuarisations of the planet Earth

Arriving at a sanctuarisation of mind and body marks a fundamental achievement, but if the planet burns up, this extraordinary step forward will have been in vain.

Therefore we must also sanctuarise the planet in order to achieve an ecological balance for the preservation of all living species, including Mankind.

The establishment of a new ecologic and sustainable  ecosystem will enable a new rational pattern of growth  to emerge.

Thus we will be able to realise the concept of Sustainable desire, a new paradigm which opens up the way to the illuminated society which M.Foundation pleads for (extract from the book « From Lucy to Lucy augmented, or Sustainable Desire » to be published shortly.)

The object of M.Foundation concerning the C.H.A. is not to define categorically a common  basis of life that is mutually acceptable for all, built on a balance between the rights of an individual and his integration into the world population ; rather it is to lay out the various themes which govern daily life, to discuss them and to suggest a base within the general law which applies to every individual wherever in the world he or she may be.

This fundamental right then becomes supranational , which implies that all Nations agree to give up a part of their individual juridicial sovreignty such as, for example, their own law concerning such issues as the death penalty, euthanasia etc.

Amongst the topics which may cause a conflict of interests, the following list reveals evidence of an impact on the life of the individual or even his fate that is significant.

a believer and non-believer
power and spirituality
political idealogy
difference of rites ; communities and communes
dogma of life style : rat-race
economy, finance and predation
intermingling of populations : territorial rights vs birthright
patriarchal or caste régime
domination by one sex over another
common and competitive possessions
Le bien commun et concurrentiel

The introduction of a redrafting / a consultation / a proposition

Based on the principle that we must sow in order to reap, M.Foundation has undertaken to rewrite the Charter of Humanity Augmented, starting with the enhanced first article of the UN Charter of Human Rights.

A series of  consultations will take place with different areas of competence and levels of exchange to arrive at a proposition enabling the redraft, after its adoption by world populations, to be both applicable and applied.

The French Constitutional Council has been informed of the initiation of this work which will be broadcast to the beneficial winds of wisdom by digital technology.
