The object of M.Foundation
concerning the C.H.A. is not to define categorically a common basis of life that is mutually acceptable for
all, built on a balance between the rights of an individual and his integration
into the world population ; rather it is to lay out the various themes
which govern daily life, to discuss them and to suggest a base within the
general law which applies to every individual wherever in the world he or she
may be.
This fundamental right then becomes supranational , which implies that
all Nations agree to give up a part of their individual juridicial sovreignty
such as, for example, their own law concerning such issues as the death
penalty, euthanasia etc.
Amongst the topics which may cause a
conflict of interests, the following list reveals evidence of an impact on the
life of the individual or even his fate that is significant.
