Support for locality
Implementation of the C.H.A. involves membership by members of the publics and those who represent them locally, the first level being the municipality.
Contract of objectives
The activity of M.Foundation is relayed by the creation of a network of local associations which represent it ; the generic acronym is « PO » followed by the name of the municipality where it was created.
Its particular rôle is to propose to municipalities in their locality that they accept The Objectives of M.Foundation which are confirmed by signing an agreement.
In return, our municipal partner will give support by enabling the establishment of utilities for the service of the population, notably the Servicial Hotel in a rural environment.
Adoption of the principle. Change of Paradigm.
Economically, the areas which decide to move towards the change of paradigm proposed by M.Foundation, will benefit from a range of socio-economic tools supported by its second generation digital technology .
Sovereign Adoption
The ultimate goal is of course, the adoption of the C.H.A. by a group of Nations which will support M.Foundation in its campaign for a better world.
